Main conference
The MT Summit will be an exclusively in-person event. The Main conference registration fee includes:
- Admission to all main conference sessions
- Conference materials
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches throughout the conference
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Conference Dinner
- Admission to the Conference Tour

Author registration: at least one author of each paper accepted to appear in the proceedings of the main conference needs to register by 30 April.
Student registration: to qualify for the student rate, participants must be taking a full-time program of an undergraduate, masters or PhD-level course at a Higher Education Institution.
EAMT membership (including AMTA, AAMT and FIT): in order to use the discounted member rate, participants need to have renewed their membership or become new members in 2025. For membership opportunities, please check the EAMT website.
Workshops/Tutorials
The Workshop/tutorial registration fee includes:
- Admission to the chosen workshop/tutorial sessions
- Depending on the chosen session: lunches and morning and/or afternoon coffee breaks
- Conference materials

If you stay at a hotel in Geneva, you will receive a Geneva transport card for free (value: 10.- CHF per day), granting you unlimited access to the city's public transportation.

Participants who require a visa to
to travel to Switzerland and would like a letter to support their application can
contact us at mtsummit2025@unige.ch with the subject:
VISA.
Please note that visa letters are only provided to participants
who have fully paid their registration fees.
In the body of the e-mail add your name (as it appears in your passport), passport number,
address, affiliation/place of work and registration number.
If you are presenting a paper at the conference (or workshops) please add the paper title.
We typically issue letters within one week.
